Refund and Cancellations Policy

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your SubsShield subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again for future billing cycles after cancellation.
Your data will be preserved for 30 days after your billing period ends in case you decide to reactivate your account.
3-Day Refund Window
If you forget to cancel and a renewal payment is processed, you may request a full refund within 3 days of the charge.
To request a refund, email us at contact@SubsShield.com within 3 days of the payment. Once approved, we will process the refund promptly.
After the 3-day refund window has passed, refunds will not be available for that billing period. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current paid term.
14-Day Free Trial
SubsShield includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
This gives you enough time to connect Razorpay or Cashfree, test recovery flows, and evaluate whether SubsShield is the right fit for your business before starting a paid subscription.
If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
In Short
You can cancel your subscription at any time without any cancellation fee. If a renewal payment catches you off guard, you have 3 days to request a full refund. The 14-day free trial gives you time to try SubsShield before committing to a paid plan.
